2nd Year

Now, is the 4th week already….
I start my 2nd year, this year is going to more exciting because we will move our scope of learning to pathology
But you need to make friend with many many new medical term
This year will be a different one,
We start to go to ward, take history and interact with patient
Moreover, we need to know how to do physical examination.
Today, just go to medical ward with senior
because next week I need to present case to doctor in the very first day on the respiratory block before we have any lecture about history taking n PE
so we need senior’s help to teach and guild us
senior told us that the doctor will assume u know everything n shot you with a lot of question
so I need to prepare myself

WHo say 2nd year is honey moon??
Recently every night have no chance to stay at room

Forget to tell you,
I get the same room and same roommates with last year
Higher expectation always come out with higher disappointment
I get the same small wardbrode which cannot fill all my clothes
I get the same lausy table with a stupid chair….
Really envy with those who get a better room..
To comfort myself: at least I get a room in hostel..

好久没运动了，前两天去武术练习，后遗症就是-今天我的大腿肌肉很很痛，痛到我行动不便，不能蹲上蹲下，拿放在地上的东西只能弯腰拿，上下楼梯更可怜。。。都是两个星期没运动害的。。

我真的很糟糕，这几天的生活很糟糕，每天追连续剧（可能太久没看），三四点上床，中午起身吃早午餐。。这样糟蹋自己的时间。。房间也乱七八糟，可能是室友不在，我就把东西乱乱放。。乱到真的有点过分。。我真的没自律，一放假就这样。。我在骂自己哦。。

When in secondary school ,no stress, every day is a happy day, always have fun with a group of friends, do the thing i like to(shopping, singing, gossiping,snapping photo) , try new things together(swimming, learn karate,play on9 games) ,gathering with friends(at anywhre-friends house, service center, canteen) and have a big laugh......

We start our friendship when there are about 2 months holiday after form 3 so we go out together for many times (actually that time have a geng ppl gp out but 4 of us are the most consistent present de because we like to have fun).Then,we start getting close with each other automatically.They teach me how to play on9 games and help me register for msn and icq, when i want to try a new food(coz i like to eat) and we will go together.We enjoy window shopping,we can walk from sabinto to fajar to tawau lama and never complain because we love to.Snapping photo also one of the main activity (haha..).Although it start by me but i also influence them and make them make it as a habit(especially cayenne,see her album or blog,everything she also like to snap). When form 4,we sit together in class(easy for gossiping ..haha) and we always complain by eve that we are noisy because we always speak,lauging very loudly and even singing in the class.At that time , our topic never end....During form5 ,we still laugh,gossip, and happy like the year before although we will have our SPM.....but we have more activity (swimming, karate, jogging,camping,overnight at kyomo's house and cooking).In the swimming pool we also talk and talk.Sometimes, my brother will say"don't know ur girls go to swim or talk"because we really sit in the swimming pool and chat (loudly).One of the funny things is about moral project(reka cipta by using waste material).We do the project in the midnight and everyone is sleepy so we just simply tried to finish it as fast as possible.Out of our expectation,we won the 1st prize..haha... and get a hamper.Many people don't want to same with other in clothes or feel not happy when somebody have a pencil box same with them.But, we are different ,we buy the same shirt(but different colour),same pencil bag,same swim suit...At that time i never think about boy n girl relatonship and eager to have bf(maybe i really enjoy my life at that time) .....

At 2007,we start to leave tawau one after another.Now,we are apart from each other and have own life..the most important things is we still keep contact..haha..Thanks to them walk in to my life,care about me , be my buddy and share the good time with me...

I love to notice the lyric when i listen to a song (but i always cannot remember the lyrics-maybe no talent in memorize or music).Lyrics will bring out a message or a big stories to the listener.Lyrics -the soul of the song...

Yesterday during my English class we have a small section which we need to choose 2 songs and compare it...I seldom listen to english song so i only can get 2 song from my mobile phone-"Graduation" and "Because of you".I was shocked when i surf the internet and found that there are many things i don know behind these 2 songs."Graduation"is a nice song ,it make recall my life in secondary school-hanging out in the telephone,gossiping,gathering,shopping,dreaming and the ss thing...According to Wikipedia ,it state that this song is heavy based on 'Pachelbel-Canon'(one of the famous classic song,my favourite song too).Before that i think that "Because of you"is about love(first impression when saw the title and the modern song now always about love).The main idea of this song is Kelly Clarkson (lyrics writer/singer) want to express her emotion when she struggle during her childhood bwcause of her parent divorce,she also face the same situation with her marriage but she awake and walk out from this family cycle when she know that her child became the victim of the family problem..

So,next time try to listen and enjoy the lyrics when listen to a song.You may get something from it.

Before ward-posting, I really excited because I know I can wear a white coat and walk around in the hospital and have a chance to know more about hospital.

In the first day of posting ,my group went to orthopedics ward. Matron and the staff nurse who name Madam Chu were very nice to us. They taught us many thing and share their experience how they help a doctor and what a doctor need to do...I'm very lucky for being divided into this ward. Thanks to them because they really willing to dedicate their knowledge and I learn many things from them .We also have a chance to see what going on in a ward everyday. We also saw our senior (MEDIC 5th year) help the patient for wound dressing. On that day, a young boy who hurt his spine causing him have respiration system problem. We saw the monitor show RED reading and doctor and nurse busy and try to rescue him. The surgery doctor help him make a minor operation to open a hole and put the tracheostomy in his chest then pump the oxygen to help him. This is the very first time i saw a doctor do an operation!

In the afternoon we went to ante-natal ward. This ward was very quiet because we only saw the pregnant mothers sat on their chair with their suffering face(feel very painful).A staff nurse explain a special thing to us-a peanut (black in colour, long )which is use to hear the heart beat of the baby. After standing a whole day my leg become very pain, and very tired.

On the next day, I went to A&E (EMERGENTCY).Staff nurse at there took us walk around A&E and explain. Now I know how the A&E unit work ,what is red zone, green zone, yellow zone.

All the staff in the unit or ward that I visit really nice. Along this 2 day I really learn a lot and get know more about the hospital and nursing.Nusing block was interesting!

I only have been went to ward for 3 time before this.First time was because my mother had to do an eyes operation because of glaucoma,second time was my grandfather(father's father) have heart problem and stay at ICCU unit ,i need to wear the gown and hat before go in and the third time is my grandfather(mother's father) had kidney failure problem and need to do dialysis.

This i s my 1st times went to old folk home.At the beginning i thought is a trip for visit but i never thougth that we going to serve them.

In the afternoon,we gather and the officer of CHIJI fetch us to destination .Then we were given a pairs of plastic glove and a mouth mask.We are going to service them.Our task is help them cut their nails, take shower ,clean their place and cut their hair.wheni step in the room,i can smell a strong smell of urine even i already put on my mask.

I help about four of them cut their nails.some of them will not allowed you to cut their nails .I met one elder who hold her ring when i help her cut her nails.Maybe she scare i steel her ring.I cannot communicate with them because some of them speak Kelantanish dialect and some of them would not response maybe their hearing ability is limited.HEir nails very dirty ,there are many dirt under their nails because they eat using their hand.

I also help one of them to cut their hair.When i get a scissor on my hand i don't know how to start it .I just cut the hair shorter.Normally there will be a barber come but she is busy this week so i can get an experient .

CHIJI will come there once a month to service them because the service of the old folk home was not satisfy.sometimes they will not really care about the elders because they only get the salary for a job.An old lady told me she don't wan eat the meals because the rice is dried up and keras.I also saw another old lady still want to keep her drink twhich full of ant around the cup.

I will join this activity again next month.Hope that this can help them.

Orientation

Tomorrow will be the last day of my orientation week .From the first day (28/6) until now ,everyday I do not have a good sleep, only sleep about 3 hours a day .This is the seventh day! My panda eyes appear ……

Let talk about the first day, I ’m late for registration .At 1030 I leave Tawau and meet my ex-tutormate at airport then afternoon reach kl. Out of my expectation, we reach kota bahru at almost 530…the registration time already over ..when we reach usm ,we don know where the other gather then find and find and phone,finally we get a fasilitator to help us done our short registration. I took my 2 heavy luggage plus a notebook by myself(>17kg ,pay overweight for rm30 at airport) up to 3rd floor of my hostel.My hand already turn red!!

Let me describe my room..My room is smaller than the matric one.3 people in one room with a single bed and a double- decker and I get the upper bed of double decker .The other furniture is 3 study table,3 chairs,one big cupboard ,and I get a small soft board .When 3 of us in the room sure will block each other way .

After put all the things ,I rush to hall where everyone were gather there since afternoon.OH MY GOD...all of them wear formal.I look at myself-I only wear a t-shirt with jeans….never mind la I just sit at the back.

After the long briefing,it was 8pm already. I back to room because I not even know where is the café.My stomach was struggling and I also cannot take a bath because I did not bring slippers,cannot sleep because I haven clean up my room.Luckily ,albert call me and ask me to go out for inner and buy some basic commodities..We walk for about 10 min to reach the gate of our u.Then we go to find any market nearby but we only find one 7eleven n minimarket..Thus we continue walk a bit far the we reach kfc,I buy a snack plate(take away).

At 10pm I reach my room n quickly clean n put on my stuff then take a bath.At 12 ,I open my snack plate but my gastrin in my stomach already disappear…I cannot finish it then at 1230 I sleep.We need to wake up at 430 on the next day..OHno!

In this whole week I really suffer with the talk at hall,feel sleepy!!Then I also start to know more friends.Only 2 chinese from Sabah.After tomorrow,no more orientation!!

At 21th May afternoon, suddenly I received a message from yuanhua :You all can check your result by calling this number in this evening.087xxxxxx.At first I not really believe on it because 2 day before I also received a message that we can check our result but it not a true information. After half hour, I took my mobile phone and know that the number is KML number so I tried to call it. When there was a person pick up the phone, my heartbeat jumped faster. Unluckily at that time the man beside the phone say that I need to call later because the officer that help us check the result was busy .After 15 minutes, I called again. This time was a lady. I give her my IC number. After a few second, she began to read out my result: biology a-…….. (Oh.. no 4 flat already)…….. PNGx.xx…. Finally… our results come out. Now, we can take a deep breath.

Earthquake!!!

Yesterday is Sunday. esterday afternoon, I take a nap at my parent’s room while my mum was watching tv. Before I go in my dream, suddenly, I feel that the bed is shaking….I thought that my mother was waking me up.. never thought that is earthquake, until my mum say“earthquake?”..We quickly walked to downstair and told my brother.But my brother say he feel nothing!! Luckily the shaking only on a feew second..Today newspaper publish that yesterday shaking is 4.3 richer!!!!! Luckily is the word that i can use to describe my feeling at that time because over 5 R was dangerous and may cause the building damage ,soil erosion , and make people get hurt……..LUCKILY….

When I surf internet, I also went to airasia website to see the price of ticket…I found that there are some rm0.00 ticket from tawau to kl at 20,22,27 june…oh,it worth me because the register day of university is 29 june …at that time I really want to buy the ticket because I want to go there play first..!!mean go earlier…but when I think that I will also put ums at my choices so may be I will stay at sabah…T.T….I want go WEST MALAYSIA!!

2 MONTHS of holiday

My holiday start from 20 of April until 28 of Jun.what along holiday.Until today i still haven done anything that meaningful. Everyday stay at home ,i sleep until near the afternoon, watch drama(dvd) continuously,eat as much as i can,seem like a "fei wu".Moreover,I lazy to find a part time job . Haiz !! I also CANNOT STAND WITH MY SELF ANYMORE!!!

6 Puppies..Cute

Last month, my father had bring 6 puppies to home…I really love animals especially dog..But my mum not so happy with what we had done… This 6 puppies not popular or high class species…but they are cute...This few day my father had took 3 puppies go to the oil palm farm because it is hard to take care 6 puppies…Now,only leave 3 puppies…one is yellow in colour,one is chocolate colour and one is black……

Love puppies!! So cuteeee!!!!!!
